My training is diverse and combines elements from a wide variety of athletic backgrounds.
There are always overlaps in the various exercises we will carry out. For example, endurance training will, in some form or another, contain aspects of power training as well. However, the intensity of these can vary greatly.
Also, it is hard to imagine cycling without the coordinative ability of keeping balance. But even here we are presented with a certain range of challenges. Mountain biking for example demands far more coordination than road biking for example.
I will adjust your training according to your demands and combine it with influences from a number of different sports.

Through my own practical experience with sports, as well as my studies, I can offer you my knowledge in the fields of exercise and health. Also, I am constantly working hard on keeping my knowledge up to date. On the other hand, it is also my knowledge that shows me where my boundaries lie. For this reason, I trust a number of qualified, professional and competent partners, which support me in areas in which their qualities simply exceed my own.

You will train what is good for you. Not what I am best at.
